The Youth Movement for Peace and Non-Violence has a membership drawn from young university graduates and well- meaning youths. The National Headquaters at 24 Sackville Street has 65 members, including an administrative team that coordinates the various activities of the movement.

Specialized departments have been set up to address emerging issues. The Human Right, Peace Advocacy and Community Homeless People Footbal Outreach Unit have also been created to enhance the movement's Reach-The-People Campaign.
